We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to provide your nephrology medical services. Our practice is devoted to nephrology and offering each patient with the latest medical philosophies in a warm and caring atmosphere.

For our patient's convenience, Manny Gallego, M.D., Yasser Jabri, M.D. and Salvatore Chillemi, M.D. are on staff at Kennestone Hospital, Cartersville Medical Center, Northside Hospital-Cherokee and Floyd Medical Center. They are medical directors for dialysis centers in Marietta, Cartersville and Rome.

Calls to schedule appointments should be made during office hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are normally arranged by the patient's primary care physician so that records can be obtained prior to the patient's appointment. Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. After hours, an answering service is available in case of an emergency.

We will make every effort to see all patients in a timely manner. Please understand that emergencies do occur and can occasionally upset our schedule. Staff will inform you about any delays. We appreciate your understanding during these occurrences.
